We will publish the rates and the included usage before it becomes available.
Support RRL
Voluntary, with an amount you choose
You can make a one-off or monthly contribution towards hosting, maintenance and open learning materials. You choose the amount. Contributing gives you no extra rights.
More projects or guidance?
If you work with several people, initiatives or clients, contact us to agree how many projects you need and how you work together.
There is no set rate for additional projects. Personal advice and custom work are agreed separately.
Discuss working togetherShare what you learn
You can share knowledge and experience with their sources and context. Keep plans and targets separate from what you have actually observed.
You choose what to share. Private project information is not made public automatically.
Contribution terms
Who receives contributions
RRL is operated by the following cooperative, which receives the contributions:
Cooperativa Integral Sulitânia, CRL
Portuguese tax number (NIF): 518771571
Quinta da Fornalha, 8950-186 Castro Marim, Portugal
Contact: hello@syntrociety.org
Voluntary support for RRL
Contributions support the cooperative’s costs of hosting, maintaining and developing RRL, including openly accessible RRL EDU learning materials.
Contributing is voluntary and is not required to use the free functions. A contribution buys no goods, services, additional project rights or access to other people’s data. Nothing is shipped. We do not claim that contributions are tax-deductible.
Amounts and payment
All amounts are in euro (EUR). On Stripe’s hosted page you choose or check the amount and whether it is a one-off or monthly contribution before confirming. Only the payment methods shown there are available.
Refunds
If you contribute by mistake or choose the wrong amount, email hello@syntrociety.org within 14 days of the contribution. The cooperative will refund the full amount to the payment method used. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account.
After 14 days, a refund is not always possible. Email the cooperative anyway; each request will be considered.
Stopping a monthly contribution
A monthly contribution repeats each month until cancelled. Cancel through the Stripe customer portal, or email hello@syntrociety.org before the next payment is due. No further payments are taken after cancellation takes effect.
Payment details and privacy
Payment details are entered on Stripe’s page. Stripe collects the details needed to process the contribution, such as a name, email address and payment details. RRL does not receive full card details. The cooperative can see payment records, including the amount, date, status and the contact details collected by Stripe. It uses these only to administer contributions, keep accounts and handle refunds or cancellations.
Questions about costs and access
Is RRL free?
RRL’s regular functions are free, including planning, budgeting, funding preparation and RRL EDU. You do not need a subscription or a donation to use them. The free model includes one project of your own and collaboration on one other.
How many projects can I work on for free?
You can have one project of your own and collaborate by invitation on at most one other project. For further collaboration, contact us to discuss the scope and terms. Professional use may involve a charge, agreed in advance; there is no standard tariff.
Do I need AI?
No. You can use the regular functions, including funding preparation and RRL EDU, without AI. AI support is planned as an optional paid extra. Its price, usage allowance and payment terms have not yet been set.
How can I contribute or pay?
Donations are voluntary and are intended to be possible as one-off or monthly contributions. The links under Support RRL currently open Stripe’s sandbox. These are test payments: no real money is transferred. Any paid AI or professional use requires separate terms agreed in advance.
What does professional use or advice cost?
For professional use of RRL or collaboration beyond the free project allowance, contact us to agree the scope and any costs. There is no standard tariff. Advice or work by an architect, engineer or other independent professional is agreed and paid for separately. Inviting them into your project does not include their time.
Who decides about funding?
The funder or the authority decides on eligibility and awards. The professional responsible assesses the parts that require their expertise. RRL helps you prepare and organise your request; using RRL does not guarantee funding.
What happens if I stop using RRL or a paid extra?
You can keep using the free functions without donating or using AI. You can manage or cancel a monthly test contribution through Stripe’s test portal when that link is available, or by contacting the cooperative. The contribution terms explain cancellation and future real payments. If you leave RRL, you can download your data and request deletion as described in the privacy notice. Some records, such as the audit log and a proposal already handed over, are retained.
